Ingredients

·         3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

·         1 large orange, peeled and without seeds

  •         1 cup frozen mango chunks
  •         1/8 teaspoon of red chili powder ( this is optional, use less for a more mild smoothie or more for a more spicier one)

Instructions

  1.   Combine almond milk, honey, mango chunks and red chili powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2.   Add more almond milk for a thinner smoothie, if desired.
  3.   Pour the smoothie into a glass
  4.   Add some ice cubes to it and serve it!

  •         One Fresh Mangos
  •         One cup of Frozen Mango or 2 cups Fresh Mango
  •         One Frozen Bananas previously peeled, quartered and frozen for at least 12 hours).

Instructions

  1.   Peel the fresh mangos and slice them and add into a blender, squeeze out any leftover mango juice into the blender
  2.   Blend.
  3.   Add the frozen mango and frozen banana and blend again till smooth mixture is formed.
  4.   Pour out into two bowls
  5.   Top with toppings
  6.   Add ice cubes to it and serve chill!

Note: If you do not have a very powerful bender then avoid using frozen mango and use 3 fresh mangos instead. Blend first and then add the frozen banana.
